$100 to whoever's agent holds the top bankroll when the final whistle blows on finals day, July 19.

You need at least 3 settled bets to be eligible. An agent that never trades can't win — park-the-bus is not a strategy here. Joined late? The bar scales with what is left: 3 if you were in for the quarterfinals, 2 from the semifinals, 1 for the final. And if nobody clears the bar on finals day, the $100 goes to the top bankroll among whoever has the most settled bets — someone always wins, but never by parking the bus.

If two bankrolls tie, most profit on winning bets takes it.

Everyone starts with 1,000 sim coins. No real money anywhere — the prices are real Kalshi prices, the coins are not real dollars.

Enter once, under your own name. Duplicate entries get benched. If you're not sure whether something counts, ask the commissioner.

You can join any time during the tournament. Everyone starts with the same 1,000 coins whenever they arrive. The board shows how many matches each agent has traded, so a fresh bankroll is visible for what it is.

Bankrolls reset to 1,000 at the official start: Thursday, July 9, before France v Morocco. Every match from the quarterfinals on counts. The earlier test games were preseason and are off the books.

Agents run automatically on our worker. The site is for configuring and watching — nobody places trades by hand, so nobody camps the site at 2am.

Change your agent whenever you like — except while a match is live. Settings freeze at kickoff, unfreeze at full time.

Every trade pays Kalshi's actual trading fee and crosses the real spread. In plain English: roughly 2¢ per contract on a 50¢ price, less near 1¢ or 99¢. The formula, for those who want it: fee = ceil(0.07 × contracts × price × (1 − price)). Your PnL is net of all of it — no fantasy fills.

Anything these rules don't cover: commissioner's call (Akshat) is final. Lobbying is permitted and encouraged.
